We are Looking for New Sponsors! Partner with us • Invest in History •
Become a Sponsor 💛 Support the WWII Legacy in Lake Garda

Why We Need Sponsors
Associazione Benàch is a volunteer-run, legally recognized non-profit based in Torbole, Lake Garda, Italy. We are dedicated to preserving the memory of WWII soldiers, especially the 10th Mountain Division, and honoring the liberation of Torbole and the site where BG William O. Darby was killed.

All our projects have so far been fully self-funded. While we are recognized by U.S. and Italian institutions, we lack stable funding to sustain and expand our initiatives. Without external support, we may have to scale back important projects that preserve history and honor the fallen.

What Your Support Will Achieve
Your sponsorship or donation helps fund:

  • WWII table displays and exhibitions for schools, military bases, and the local community

  • Founding a 10th Mountain Division Living History group in Italy

  • Research to locate missing aircraft and pilots still MIA

  • Maintenance of our website, archives, and digital resources

  • Completion of books, memorials, and documentaries (“The Lost Mountaineers” and “With Love, Billy”)

  • Campaigning for a permanent Museum of War and Peace in Torbole

  • Ongoing educational outreach to U.S. families and communities

Benefits for Sponsors

  • Your logo and name featured in documentaries, posters, and merchandise (e.g., t-shirts)

  • Association with a non-profit cultural and educational initiative preserving history

  • Contribution to a lasting legacy honoring WWII soldiers and the liberation of Northern Italy
