Aviation Research in Trentino and Beyond
Benàch has spent over a decade researching aviation history in Trentino and the surrounding regions, with a focus on World War I and World War II aircraft crashes, air battles, and the broader impact of air warfare. Our work combines meticulous archival research, field investigations, and archaeological exploration to uncover and document the stories of pilots, crew, and the aircraft themselves.
We are proud to collaborate with the Museum Caproni in Trento, having most recently contributed to the "Battle for Brennero" exhibition. This partnership has enabled us to share our findings with a wider audience, showcasing artefacts, maps, and research from our fieldwork.
Through these efforts, we aim to preserve aviation history, honor those involved, and provide a resource for education and engagement, connecting local heritage with international audiences.
