Benach at the Festival of Volunteers 2025

On Sunday, September 21, Association Benàch was proud to stand alongside nearly 500 people and 124 associations at the Festival of Volunteers of Garda Trentino.

The Spiaggia degli Olivi in Riva del Garda became the beating heart of our community — a place to celebrate and thank those whose silent work keeps this territory alive.

For us, the connection is clear. Just as volunteers dedicate themselves to serving the community, our mission at Benàch is to dedicate ourselves to researching, preserving, and sharing the stories of World War II soldiers and their families. It is volunteer-driven work, born of passion, commitment, and the belief that memory must never fade.

Yesterday reminded us that the strength of Garda Trentino lies not in noise or spectacle, but in steady acts of service. The same strength guides our research, our outreach to families, and our work to ensure the sacrifices of the past are never forgotten.
