The Lost Mountaineers – Screening at Denver Public Library, Sunday, November 9 at 11:30 a.m.

We are deeply honored to announce that The Lost Mountaineers will be presented at the Denver Public Library — thanks to Keli Schmid, the amazing 10th Mountain Division Archivist, who recently inaugurated the Associazione Benàch Welcome & Research Centre here in Italy. Keli will now be hosting a special screening of our 10th Mountain Division documentary!

📅 Date: Sunday, November 9

🕚 Time: 11:30 a.m.

📍 Location: Denver Public Library

The Lost Mountaineers tells the moving story of a group of 10th Mountain Division soldiers whose amphibious vehicle (DUKW) sank in Lake Garda, Italy, on April 30, 1945. Twenty-five soldiers and their driver were declared Missing in Action; only one man survived. Almost sixty years later, a dedicated team of researchers set out to uncover the fate of the lost crew and their vehicle.

Following the screening, Ben Appleby and Antonella Previdi from The Lost Mountaineers production team will join virtually from Italy to answer questions about the film and share news about their upcoming project, With Love, Billy.

🎟️ Registration is required. There are 290 seats available, so early booking is recommended.👉 Click here to register
